Thursday, November 12 | 6:30-7:30pm

Escape the noise of daily life and relax during our Evening of Sound and Rejuvenation with live harp provided by Sarah Swan McDonald.
Doors open at 6:30 p.m. so you can settle in and fill a cup with some warm tea before the harp music begins at 7:00 p.m. This is not a concert, but a 30-minute session of simple, quiet music designed to help you unwind.
In this dimly lit space, you are invited to bring your own yoga mat, bolster, pillows, or blankets to create a comfortable spot on the floor. As the slow and meditative melodies fill the room, tension will dissolve and your mind will drift into stillness, leaving you feeling restored and refreshed.
Admission is by free will donation, making this evening of rest accessible to everyone.
