Join us for The Sacred Pause, a restorative sound bath experience designed to help you melt away stress, quiet your mind, and reset your nervous system.

No experience is necessary — simply come as you are. This session will gently guide you into deep relaxation using the calming vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, rainstick, drum, and more.

Doors open at 6:25 PM — arrive early to get settled in before we begin
Sound Bath begins promptly at 6:45 PM
Bring a yoga mat (or two for extra comfort), pillow, blanket, and water
Dress comfy and in layers: your body temperature may drop as you relax
