Community Sound Bath (Donation-Based)

Join Maria for a relaxing and educational evening designed to help you unwind, reset, and experience the power of sound healing.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction to sound healing—what it is, where it comes from, and how it works—so you can better understand the experience. Then you’ll be guided into a deeply calming sound bath to support your nervous system, release stress, and bring your body back into balance.

This is a donation-based offering to make this work accessible while still honoring the energy exchange.

Registration is required (free to register) so the space can be properly prepared.

You’re welcome to:
• Lay on the floor (please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket for comfort)
• Sit in a chair (chairs will be available)
• Or bring your favorite camping chair

A donation jar and Venmo will be available the night of the event for your contribution.
