Gentle Soul-Opening Yoga :: A grounding practice to drop you into your body, soften your edges, and open the channel for deeper self-love.
The “Love Yourself Loudly” Workshop :: A guided exploration of what it truly means to love yourself in a world that taught you to dim down. Through powerful journaling, reflection, and small-group sharing, you’ll crack open layers you didn’t even know you were carrying.
Make-Your-Own Self-Love Bath Salt Ritual :: Craft a custom, aromatic bath salt blend aligned with your intentions for 2026. Prefer essential oils? Choose to create a personalized roller ball instead — or add both for an additional fee. This is your sensory self-love ritual to take home.
The Mirror of Love Ritual :: Women seeing women. Women witnessing women. Women reflecting love back to one another. You’ll receive a soul-written affirmation that can shift something in you forever.
Fire Ceremony + Gong Release + Full Sound Bath :: This is where the old version of you burns away. Write what you’re releasing. Burn it. Then step inside for a vocal release with the gong — a full-body energetic purge that is primal, liberating, and wildly empowering. Come celebrate Daylight Savings by learning more about winter sowing with the Rice County Master Gardeners!
After a short class outlining what 'winter sowing' means and how to utilize it in your own home garden, we'll actually get to get our hands dirty with a hands-on project!
Bring your own rinsed out and empty 1/2 or 1-gallon milk jugs and we'll take care of the rest--we will also have some on hand if you want more or are unable to collect them yourself. Choose from a variety of seeds to get your garden started early {perennials, veggies and annuals, too!}.
**The class and project are free to the community, but you must follow the ticket link to register so we can be sure to have enough seeds, soil and supplies.**
A free-will cash/check donation will be at the event to go toward supplies, future community events at WildWood and the Rice County Master Gardener Program.

Spring Equinox Sound Bath

The Spring Equinox marks a powerful turning point — the return of light, balance, and new beginnings. It is a sacred moment to release the heaviness of winter and step forward into the next version of yourself with clarity and intention.
Join us for an intentional evening of reflection, renewal, and deep nervous system restoration.
We’ll begin by exploring the energy and spiritual significance of the Spring Equinox — a time that invites growth, forward movement, and alignment with what is ready to emerge in your life. You’ll have time to journal and connect with your spring intentions, bringing awareness to what you are ready to create, call in, and become.
From there, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation to help calm your mind and open your body to receive.
The evening will close with a deeply restorative sound bath using crystal singing bowls and healing instruments designed to help your mind, body, and soul rest, reset, and realign.
This experience is an opportunity to pause, release, and reconnect with yourself as you step into this new season.
Doors open at 6:25 PM. Please arrive early to get settled in, as doors will lock promptly at 6:45 PM to protect the sacred space for all attendees.

Any additional items to help you feel comfortable lying on the floor
Dress comfortably and in layers, as the body naturally cools during the sound bath.
