The Fall Equinox is a time of balance — equal light and dark, a sacred turning point where we honor the harvest of what we’ve created and prepare to welcome a new season.
Join me for an evening of reflection and renewal as we align with this seasonal shift.
Together we will:
Explore the meaning and energy of the Fall Equinox
Journal on what we are ready to call in with the new season
Infuse those intentions into our hearts through a soothing, restorative sound bath with crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more
This is your invitation to pause, reflect, and restore balance — body, mind, and soul.
All ticket sales are final.
(Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and journal for comfort + reflection.)

Embrace the cozy spirit of fall with us at WildWood of Nerstrand! In this hands-on workshop, you’ll paint your own ceramic mug - perfect for sipping cider, tea, or coffee as the leaves change. Create a functional piece of art uniquely your own!
This class is a fun retreat for all skill levels, from seasoned artists to beginners. We'll provide everything you need: a ceramic mug, a variety of glazes and brushes, and plenty of guidance. Red Wing Arts will fire the pieces after the workshop and deliver them within 2-3 weeks to be picked up at WildWood.

Have wonderful intentions for learning how to use your sewing machine? Find threading a bobbin daunting? Do you question if you even know what a bobbin is? Cindy Morris to the rescue!
With over thirty years experience in the sewing and quilting industry, Cindy is excited to share her love for teaching and fabrics.
Bring your sewing machine and receive basic sewing instructions from Cindy; from how to properly set up your machine to cutting fabric to answering any questions you may have. You’ll be ready to tackle your first sewing project in no time!

A perfect project for the beginner or anyone looking to enjoy a night out sewing with friends!
After registration, you’ll be emailed a supplies list so you’ll be able to source the fabric you like to create the perfect pillowcase for you. Cindy will be on hand to address any questions or concerns with your sewing and you’ll walk away with at least one finished pillowcase. Bring your own material or Pillowcase Kits will be available for purchase for $10/each. Did I mention that these make great dorm and/or Christmas gifts?!

Come and sew with Cindy! This class will include a fabric kit, instruction and ample time to complete your project {or at least get it most the way completed}. Learn or get more experience with interfacings, zippers, reading a pattern {and more!} under Cindy’s talented and fun guidence. Take a break whenever you’d like and peruse the pop-up The Fabric Shop, too!
All day snacks, coffee and infused iced water provided; feel free to bring your own lunch, bevs or scoot down to Boots and Lu’s for more treats.
